Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping at Xenavolir (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "us"). We are dedicated to providing you with the best experience when purchasing our carports and tool sheds. Please read the following terms carefully to understand our shipping procedures.
Shipping Scope
We currently only provide shipping services within Australia. We do not support shipping to countries other than Australia at this time.
Shipping Rates
- Standard Shipping: For orders of AUD 50.00 or more, we provide free shipping.
- Flat Rate: For orders totaling less than AUD 50.00, a flat shipping fee of AUD 5.99 will be charged.
Taxes
All taxes and related fees are included in the product price. You are not required to pay any additional fees or taxes upon delivery.
Order Cut-off Time
Our order cut-off time is 18:00 (6:00 PM).
- Time Zone: Australia/Sydney (AEST/AEDT).
- Orders placed before 18:00 on a business day will begin processing on the same day.
- Orders placed after 18:00 will be processed starting the following business day.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed starting the next available business day.
Handling Time
Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, the handling time for the warehouse to pick, pack, and prepare your items is 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday).
Transit Time
After the package has been handed over to the carrier, the estimated transit time is 5-8 business days (Monday to Friday).
Logistics Carriers
To ensure the safe delivery of large items such as carports and sheds, we partner with reliable carriers including Australia Post, StarTrack, Sendle, and Allied Express. We reserve the right to select the most appropriate carrier based on the size of the item and the delivery destination.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your order number, payment receipt, and the name of the logistics carrier. You can track the status of your shipment by visiting the "Order Tracking" page on our website. Simply enter your email address or phone number along with the corresponding order number to view real-time updates.
Liability Statement
- Product Damage or Loss: If your item is lost during transit or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. For damaged items, please provide photos of the packaging and the product.
- Modifications and Cancellations: If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us before the shipment is dispatched. Once the product has been handed over to the logistics carrier, we cannot modify the address or cancel the order.
- Shipping Address and Responsibility: Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for lost packages or delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Signing for Delivery
Due to the size and nature of our products (carports and tool sheds), we strongly recommend that you or an authorized representative be present to sign for the delivery. Please inspect the outer packaging for any visible signs of damage before signing. If there is significant damage, please note it on the carrier's delivery receipt or refuse the shipment and contact us immediately.
Authority to Leave
If you are unable to be home for the delivery, you may provide "Authority to Leave" instructions. However, please note that if you authorize the carrier to leave the package unattended at your address, we are not liable for any theft or damage that occurs after the delivery has been made.
Delivery Delays
While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, natural disasters, or carrier operational issues may cause delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such events.
